The service center staff at Scranton Cadillac in Vernon, Connecticut are amazing and very helpful! I have been a customer with their service center since 2024. The team here truly values their customers, completes service tickets without delay, and is always impressive with their work quality. During my most recent visit, Kolby took the lead on my annual maintenance order. He made sure everything was done with great care and precision. He is a trooper, and I am very grateful for him and the entire team at Scranton Cadillac!
As someone who is looking to purchase a new car, Facebook shows me everything car related. When I questioned a post from I assume a social media influencer. I learned that the adoption of dogs was just to bring people to the dealership. Promoting to get a puppy because it makes you happy, and get 2. What a shame
They trick you about the price. I was told a vistiq was 83360. Got there and they said it was sticker price of 94k+ but in ad it say reduced to 83360. Bait and switch.
I do NOT recommend this dealership. I purchased a CT5 in April. I’ve already needed to bring my car back 3 times for defects (check engine light, reduced acceleration warning, and inoperable features). Before we purchased, we asked if curtesy vehicles are provided for service appointments and we were told “of course”. Yet every appointment I’m left without a vehice (for days at a time, one appointment was a week). I currently have my car back yet I still have inoperable features.
