They completed assortment of stuff. Car was back to me on the same day. Everything was good. I was shuttled home and was picked back up and brought to the dealership for my car. All went well.
I've had a good experience with them for the years I've been coming to them. If you call ask for James. He'll take care of you. All the service team is great to work with.

Unfortunately, this latest experience has completely soured me to having anything to do with Scranton Motors, EVER again. I have been a faithful customer, not only purchasing two new vehicles in that last 5 years but also having every service completed by the dealership. I really don't desire to go into what has caused me to feel like this, in a post.
