The Scranton Foundation brings together the animal welfare community with a shared passion for a single goal: the well-being of all animals. We meet quarterly to collectively advocate for stronger animal welfare laws, harsher penalties for animal cruelty, and expanded spay and neuter education. We are committed to ending backyard breeding and puppy mills, and we champion Victoria's Law and the "adopt, don't shop" movement.
