I ordered my online at 11:22 I sent my husband to go pick our order up by 12:00 my husband got there and still had to wait for them to come back to tell him that the food wasn’t even made and didn’t know for sure if they had the turkey bacon as requested for the waiter to come back to tell my husband that the manager said that they do have turkey bacon but he will need to wait an additional 15- 20 mins for food to be prepared mind you at this point it’s wayyyy past an from placing my online order we had to request a refund a... read more
Order was placed at 11:22am , I arrived at 12pm to pick food up. Food hadn’t been prepared while only 2 couples were dining in. Not only did I wait 20 min for a refund after placing an order 1 hour earlier but I also was told they didn’t have all the things that I ordered. I feel that they need to work on pick up orders or take it off completely. Good luck in the future. Not all reviews are meant to tarnish but some to help correct behaviors. Hope you all get it right.
Worst experience ever. Sat and waited about 15 mins just on drinks and almost an hour on food. All we ordered was breakfast food it doesn’t take an hour to make breakfast food. At one point of town no one had any food in the restaurant for over 45 mins. Don’t come here unless you have all day to wait
Fried shrimp & grits were amazing! Good service too.
