Visited this location for the first time today and I will say it is its own unique version of bad. We visited Alexandria a year ago and it was bad in a different way. This place is understaffed and the folks who work here can only do so much. I say this because if you are the type of parent who just wants other people to watch your children while you do anything else but watch your kid and you just don’t care, this place might be the perfect place for you. Awesome maze.
Great staff members! I returned with my wife and daughter for a second visit on Election Day not knowing how many kids and parents would be there since school was out. My daughter immediately felt overstimulated and uncomfortable with all the noise and screaming, we decided to leave. Paris and another co-worker were so helpful and understanding that they offered a coupon for our next visit. Thank you for being so kind!
