My family was impressed by this location! There was plenty of soft play for our baby who was having a blast crawling everywhere! I also appreciated the active cleaning that seemed continuous throughout our visit.

BEWARE people I had the unfortunate experience of celebrating my daughter’s birthday at Scramble Alexandria, and it was truly a nightmare from start to finish. To begin with, the staff was incredibly unhelpful and seemed entirely untrained. We found ourselves cleaning our own table, which is not what you expect when you’re paying for a service. the manager at Scramble has consistently demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding, prompting numerous complaints from so many customers. Her dismissive attitude creates an unwelcoming environment, and it’s concerning that management seems more inclined to keep her than to address the growing dissatisfaction. Many believe that her continued presence is detrimental to the business, as customer retention is crucial for success.
