Just had my car towed and driver was very rude and the statement he had to “hurry up and go” several times when nothing warranted it!!! He made it seem as though giving him my business was an inconvenience for him. Furthermore, when I called to share my concerns about the driver, whoever answered the phone was even more dismissive of my concern and over spoke me several times as I was STILL TALKING cutting me short and saying “We will take that into consideration”. I CANNOT thank Matt enough. He came to the rescue of my son and his girlfriend today when they had a flat tire. Being 3 hours away I was panicking and couldn't believe the whole situation. My Hybrid doesn't have a spare so he towed them to a WalMart that REFUSED to help them (super long story) and Matt stayed with them, tried to help get the Walmart employees to do their job, and then went out of his way to go find another place to get the tire looked at.
