Waterproofing membrane was non compliant and applied sloppily considering it was a final coat and not to be tiled over (which they new). So looks terrible. I told them it was non-compliant and they said they'd come back and fix it (why did I have to tell them?!). They also quoted to "patch, sand and repaint" the underside of my concrete balcony. Pock holes left everywhere. They said I needed to pay extra for 'gap filling' as that is not 'patching'. Perhaps mentioned that before you finish the job and walk away? Or perhaps no... read more

I engaged SCR to help with the repairing of my leaking balcony. The team were very professional, from the moment they attended the site to prepare a quote right up to the completion of the repairs . They provided sound advice and were able to assist with any questions or concerns through out our interactions.
