My son recently bought a house from Ryan and I will just say they messed his yard up! I have family in this line of work and they would never put their name or brand behind that kind of work and then refuse to fix it because and I quote “We are home builders not landscapers”. They can build a house, but they don’t know how to grade a yard nor how to properly seed it. They also made some errors inside the home and tried to hide them. If you decide to go with these folks just be aware to carefully document everything they do and to hold them to the warranty they sign. I’m an operator by trade and also have done tons of carpentry work specifically finish/trim work so there is no pulling a fast one on me.
My husband and I started looking for our first home and within days one of Ryan’s houses popped up for sale. The next day we were looking at it for the first time.
