This place is dreamy, the kind of place I don’t want to leave. It reminds me of another favourite inn on Whidbey Island, The Captain Whidbey. What’s really special about this place is its commitment to our planet—I learned upon checking out that the SCP stands for Soul Community Planet. Great place, to relax and enjoy the nature.
Coz little inn tucked in the woods. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Dog friendly property. Loved having breakfast in bed! Their margarita pizza is a must try even if you are not staying!
Very nice staff. Llama and chickens were a bonus. Daily breakfasts were filling and delicious. My daughter’s room was nice and comfortable however, my room was not as I expected. I’m a tall guy but not unusually tall (6’4”) and bumped my head head several times on the bath door jamb., shower head was designed for someone considerably shorter and the bath mirror only showed my chest! Upon entry to the room was immediately a staircase!! ?? What??
We had a lovely stay at SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm overall. The property is quiet, peaceful, and super clean despite being a bit older. Our child was obsessed with the llama and chickens, and the rotating daily breakfast was honestly fantastic. That said, we ran into two frustrating communication issues: Missing Crib: We asked for a Pack 'n Play at check-in (around 5 PM) and were told it would be in our room.
