Staff awesome Products ok. However, I got this bucket of shock and I’m not happy or satisfied. It was way too old and hard that I’m really concerned with the quality of the product. Not happy at all. It was so hard that I had to use a hammer and a screwdriver to lose up the chemicals. Even the scoop broke off that easily because it was stuck in the “powder” that had hardened it because of the older of the chemical. Not happy. Maybe they need to make sure that the chemicals get removed or replaced when it gets too old for use... read more
