I own a pool company so I have been to many SCP stores. The gentlemen usually greet me and help me load my order into the truck. Today all the guys in the warehouse were rude- zero acknowledgment until finally I had to ask for assistance. Order was not ready. I had my 4 kids with me and had to get to a soccer practice.
