Zach is not a good customer service rep. I had just bought a new IF3 and the box was unopened. I went to return it and exchange it for a different model, box unopened. He then opened it himself and made excuses to refuse a return. Now I'm On my way to a Superior brach that will accept my return. Got what I needed!
This is my local location. I always go there and spend lots of money most of the time I pay cash for my products yesterday I spent $1600 on new products for a customer and bought a keypad from another store. The job was out by my local location otherwise I would’ve bought it from them. Unfortunately I went to take it back to them and found out that the return policy states you’re not allowed to return products if you pay cash to any other SCP I feel of your SCP distributor and you are a company no matter where you go returns... read more
Contractor pool supply store. You need to have a business account to purchase from them. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. I go by a few times a day sometimes. And the guys there are super helpful.
