Terrible customer service. First spoke with Sittie. Asked why they would tell a customer 5 business days for a part to arrive when infact we are at 9 business days and was told today that the product was just being sent by the vendor today or tomorrow. And they wouldn’t give any information as to when they would receive the part. She was not helpful. She was rude and dismissive. Asked for manager. Spoke to Lauren. She was worse.
