Lovely care workers but poor communication and organisation. Many appointments cancelled last-minute sometimes without notice. Workers being sent on days when appointments are not booked. This is a shame, because the care workers are very nice and friendly, if only better organisation and communication.
Horrible company and horrible support coordinator aimmee proudley speaks about you behind your back tries to control your funding makes up lies and defamatory statements after you try and fire her has no compassion or sense of duty of care
I highly recommend Scovier Care for support coordination services. I’ve been labelled by services as a too hard case but Kayla & Aimee have taken me under their wing and have consistently gone above & behind for me nothing has ever been too much trouble & they always tell me that I’m worth it. They have made such a positive difference in my life & im proud to have them as part of my recovery story
I personally would never recommend scovier care from my experience. When they don't like what you say publicly (the truth about what I feel was abusive and restrictive care, incompetency, etc.) They will send you defamation notices, see attached! In my 1 star review I left after getting defamation letters for reviews I got the reply that "they tried to resolve it off-line".
