I’ve been to Scout’s many times, I got a perfect haircut last time and took a video of my hair for reference. I showed it to the lady cutting my hair this time, however she seemingly ignored the video and cut my hair not even close to the reference or length. 1 star because Scouts tried to rectify. I won’t speculate what was going on with my barber but he was very unstable on his feet and leaning on my head while cutting my hair wrong. Completely hacked at my hair, I now have large chunks missing. When I asked him to trim ends off the flicks on my mullet he just cut them off completely. He wasn’t able to skin fade me because he didn’t have foils, he just went into my head with clippers. I’m a regular at this place. Very disappointed to come home and see that the back of my head it’s not cut in a straight line and missed a HUGE spot. Extremely disappointed.

I have been consistently disappointed by the lack of punctuality of the appointment timing. I have arrived anywhere from 10-15 minutes early for my appointments and had to sit and wait 15-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by my barber. Yesterday a barber walked out in the middle of cutting someone’s hair and asked my barber to fill in for them. My appointment was at 5:30 and I wasn’t seated until 6:00.
