I have been consistently disappointed by the lack of punctuality of the appointment timing. I have arrived anywhere from 10-15 minutes early for my appointments and had to sit and wait 15-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by my barber. Yesterday a barber walked out in the middle of cutting someone’s hair and asked my barber to fill in for them. My appointment was at 5:30 and I wasn’t seated until 6:00. Bad service
Summer was fantastic!! Got me in without notice and did a fantastic job!!
Never had a bad cut at any locations. They are always nice, easy to talk to, excellent vibe. They even offer you a nice water if you are into that kinda thing! They always seem to be able to squeeze you in too! Love scouts! Edit: Just came to give another review. Wish I could add another star. Always nice to pop in for a cut. The people that work here are really nice.
I've struggled a lot with finding a hairdresser that understood what I wanted and really seemed like they knew what they were doing. Summer was absolutely fantastic, and I'm really happy with my hair!
