I had a great experience with Scout!! I made a same day appointment online for my dog and everything went so smooth. He is very shy and everyone was so patient, gentle, and caring with him. They matched his pace to make him comfortable rather than rushing the appointment. I really appreciated that! The team explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Reasonably priced as well in my opinion! I would definitely take my dog back to Scout if he needs Urgent Care again. They validate parking in the nearby garage too... read more
Great experience at Scout. Was able to book a last minute appointment online. The doctor and technician were very patient and caring with my dog and we're able to help him out. Cost was extremely reasonable and they didn't try to upsell on extra things (they noted what else they could do for extra measure and the cost, but we're clear it was optional and could be skipped). They also offered send certain meds to a local pharmacy so I could get them at a lower cost. Overall great experience and would recommend.
This was the best overall experience for my dog and myself. The staff and the doctor we all calm and proffesional, which kept my dog calm and at ease. The doctor was thorough and showed me all of the results and explained everything. The billing amount was upfront and was even lower in the end. I can't say enough about Scout. I would give it a 10 star if I could.
From the minute we walked in there, I knew we were in great hands. The staff are lovely and took outstanding care of my dog. They were totally transparent and fair with their pricing. Should we ever need urgent care again, I know exactly where to go. Thank you very much!!!
Scout in Lincoln Park is amazing! I brought my cat, Wesley, to see Dr. Pia Gomez Postigo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain possible issues, while also working with me to find the most cost effective next steps. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. She also shared great recs and preventative tips to help manage my cat’s anxiety and stress.
