I have brought both my cats to Scout on Lincoln ave at least once. Each time they have been wonderful. Patient and caring. They are also the most cost effective of urgent cares that I have been able to find. They make sure to offer different treatment options keeping cost in mind. I’m so grateful for the staff and the team there who were so caring to my Lady and Rocco!
Very impressed with the front desk and the doctor. Was my first time there. The doctor was very thorough on the diagnosis and the plan on getting my cat well. Spent as much time with me explaining everything. Very impressed
Sandusty had a toothache on a weekend. She was very uncomfortable and kept telling me to do something. Uptown Animal Hospital recommended Scout to me. It was easy to make an appointment. I did it online and was delighted it had openings. Our appointment was on a Saturday at 5:00. It was easy traveling on CTA to Lincoln, Halsted, Fullerton. The place was immaculate, friendly.
