Very caring, fair price
I called after noticing my cat was having irregular behavior with urinating. They were kind both over the phone & in person. They got my cat in right away and I was impressed with how clean the space was. The vet tech came into our room within a couple of minutes and was so kind & considerate. They communicated very well throughout the entire visit with tests they were doing, areas of concern, and cost. Both the doctor and tech clearly cared about the wellbeing of my animal over profit. First time bringing my fur baby to Scout Urgent Care and it was a wonderful experience. The space was very clean and organized, and the staff were beyond sweet. It was truly evident how much they genuinely care about the pets that come through their doors. Highly recommend!
I took my cat , Daisy, there for a UTI and they fit us in quick, they listened to what was wrong and treated her with care. They didn’t force for any treatment, explained all the treatments options, and let me decide which would work for my situation. Highly recommend going to Scout. There team is fantastic!!
Our visit to Scout was efficient, thorough and fast. Our dog was not well but after being seen and cared for by the team at Scout Lincoln Park, she is back to feeling great and we will definitely be back to Scout for our pet care needs.
