I just want to reach out to everyone at Scout to let you know you guys are awesome! I have truly never been walked through the rental process with such efficacy, Chris was especially cool to work with because the guy is just so darn chill and really kept us comfortable in an extremely tense situation which is a very important quality to posses in Brooklyn's rental market, where anything or everything can really happen. I don't usually write reviews, but I did have a bad experience. The whole conduct rubbed the wrong way and I have used other brokers before. I hope other people will have better experiences. .
Love my new apartment. Thank you to Eric who guided us through the whole process and made the whole experience very smooth. I would recommend Scout to anyone looking for a place in the neighbourhood
Yeah, Jesse can be a little prickly on the phone, but my son thought he was funny as f--k and they were honest about everything in our dealings with them and that's the most important thing. Rentals move fast in NYC so if you're looking for hand holding and cosseting they're not your guys. But if you need a place to live and you want an agent who won't lie to you and rip you off, call Scout.
