I had an appointment for highlights and haircut with Isabella she is so sweet and detail oriented. I was nervous about the integrity of my hair since I have previously had very light hair and colored over it with a dark brown. She took her time and did a test strand for me and did a thorough consultation to find out what would be the perfect hair for me. I've been going to Scout since they opened and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. I've always had great experiences there, but especially the last two times I've seen Isabella. She's the sweetest, really takes the time to listen, and somehow always knows exactly what I want even when I don't explain it very well. I leave happy every time. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. So glad to have Scout in the Upper Valley!
