Today was my first time with Mila and she was fantastic. I felt like she spent the time to really understand what I was asking for and looking at my hair during the consultation. I love the cut, it’s my favorite in years and I couldn’t be happier. She made me feel so relaxed and really comfortable.
I’ve had my hair done here before and it turned out great—the stylists are genuinely talented and the space is beautiful. That said, I was disappointed to be charged a no-show fee for an appointment I never confirmed. I had inquired about a time but never received a final confirmation or gave one myself, so I was surprised to see the charge. Olivia is the best around!! I have followed her from place to place since 2012. In all my years prior to 2012, no one had ever done what I wanted; but Olivia hits or exceeds the mark every. single. time. As for Scout, always clean and always a relaxing vibe.
Cori and Sydney are amazingly talented and kind. So thankful!
I love Scout! The only place I’ll go to get my hair done. All the stylists are great.
