Outstanding customer service! I would give 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend Scout Gutters to all homeowners. The crew did a great job adapting the new gutters to our existing downspouts, making the installation efficient and seamless while keeping everything clean and tidy. A special shout-out to Marta, who was incredibly helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the process. Her communication made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Great team and great service!
Scout Gutters provided awesome service. I had a number of unusual issues with my gutters that needed fixing. They had the knowledge and expertise to do the job correctly. They had to reconfigure and re-slope everything when mounting the new gutters. The installers were proficient and really put in a great effort to do a great job. Absolutely five stars in every way!
The crew at Scout Gutter Solutions did a great job with the install on our house and garage. The owner has been in the business over 18 years and was on site working alongside is well trained crew. Being in Naramata, I had a heck of a time finding anyone who had the crown moulding gutter profile we wanted. I heard the radio advertisement and gave Scout a call. We had Scout Gutter Solutions come and clean our Gutters and repair a small leak. The fellas that did the work were thorough and cleared out leaf and pine needle debris. I am going to share our experience and let the reader decide on our situation. -Needed gutters on our new house to pass occupancy inspection. -Got quotes from different companies.
