After submitting my response regarding the maintenance, Manager Shay really responded on time and both the manager and maintenance team worked hard to fix my issues that too on time!! Once again thank you!

Sorry for giving 1 star but unfortunately I have to… Everything is good but Maintenance part is very very bad!!! Actually the online system is very bad! We have to submit our order and they are not coming after2-3 days to check!!! The things which are on emergency basis and need to be fixed asap but then also have to wait and only wait!!! Emergency contact number only works after office hours and that too nobody is responding!
Disappointing Experience with Leasing Agent at Scout Apartments I had a very frustrating experience with the leasing agent at Scout Apartments. We had scheduled a meeting for 3:00 PM, and we arrived 5 minutes early, only to find that the office doors were closed. We knocked for several minutes, but there was no response, and no sign of anyone being there.
