I have been nothing short of extremely impressed since moving in. The office staff, Arella and her management team are extremely kind and so helpful. Everything has been super smooth and supportive. Andy in maintenance is incredible as well, all maintenance requests upon move in have been addressed in less than 24 hours. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. All maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and amenities are wonderful as well. Units are well done and nicely updated, easily the nicest apartment I have rented in King County to date with the best management team I have ever seen when it comes to renting on either US coast. Great location in Kirkland and extremely dog friendly, we love our four-legged neighbors already!
Yes, the problem was resolved and the boy was very kind.
Update 2/22/2024 Had a light fixture moved up, and light switch replaced with in 24 hours of filing my request. I wish I could give Andy and the maintenance workers Scout 6 stars! Updated 10/30 Had an issue with my apartment heater fixed quickly! The front office was also very helpful in updating my parking information. Original post: Thank you Andy for helping me with a washing machine issue on the weekend! I am so glad Scout has someone with his level of expertise and work ethic!
