As much as I wanted to avoid leaving a negative review, I hope this feedback helps future brides. I selected this company from my venue's preferred vendor list in July 2025; however, they have since been removed from that list. I purchased the "Wedding Management" package, with services beginning 60 days before the wedding. As a Charlotte Wedding photographer and videographer, I always appreciate organized, kind planners who not only look out for the couple but also for the whole team. Working with Scout and Grace was just that - and I hope to work with Lauren again soon! I know our couple was extremely grateful for all of her hard work. A happy couple = a successful wedding day. Absolutely incredible. We work with many planners on Miriam’s team, and they’re all wonderful. Such attention to details and kindness. Can’t recommend enough!!
Lauren was very nice and did a good job coordinating the vendors leading up to the event. We paid for the "month before" service (forgot the naming) and I would say we generally got what we paid for. It was a little tricky because we had selected most of the vendors prior to meeting with Scout & Grace and I think the hand-off could have been better. Overall satisfied and the day itself was a success!
