Horrible customer service. My system died and I went through several *months* of back and forth to fix it with two separate replacements. The head of customer service ended up helping me directly and then that person went radio silent. I dropped them quickly after that. If the person you hired to be the head of Customer Service doesn't respond then there's no hope. Go with a bigger and more well known company.
Customer service is top tier and products are sleek, modern looking and operate nicely via Mobile App.
