The process was very efficient from getting an estimate through to the final installation. The installers were friendly and worked quietly. Before I knew it our hot water was back up!!
Scour has never let us down. From our water system to just changing out a tub faucet or just changing the kitchen sink. The guys are neat and very knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile in a time where customer service isn't like it "use to be".
I was able to get service on Monday after a pipe leaked on Friday night Saturday morning. They were able to get me in on Monday and grateful for their time.
They were very responsive, friendly, and upfront with pricing. Will definitely be using them again!
Malachi Matz went above and beyond to help us fix our plumbing issue, and he did so very efficiently, even though we called on a Friday evening of a holiday weekend.
