We had a leaky water heater in addition to an ejector pump that was running but not ejecting anything. This caused the leak from the "pit". They were prompt in coming to the house. The equipment was ordered right away. In two days in the morning everything was all squared away. A big relief.

The process was very efficient from getting an estimate through to the final installation. The installers were friendly and worked quietly. Before I knew it our hot water was back up!!
Scour has never let us down. From our water system to just changing out a tub faucet or just changing the kitchen sink. The guys are neat and very knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile in a time where customer service isn't like it "use to be".
