Absolutely disgusting doctors surgery. I have been here 3 times in the last 12 months, every single time I am sent to a new doctor and leave angry and frustrated. None of my concerns have been actually diagnosed treated or taken seriously. Was told today before even asking me why I was there by the doctor that she isn’t taking new patients and don’t expect to be cared for if I have an ongoing illness or require long term treatment. As a person that is new to this area and went there in crisis I'm disgusted. Not only was I treated like I had no choice over my medical treatment but then got charged a full rate on a healthcare care card. I pointed out this mistake and my account was reimbursed and charged the correct price but never received my Medicare rebate. If a doctor has to leave the room to ask for advice and then returns and refers you to headspace when you're 50 years old then they have no clue.
