The female cashier who is currently working closet to the door- the young, maybe 20-25 year old brunette (date is 10/24/25 and the time is 1:45pm. I had three items. Two of which were identical items. The first one gave some difficulty with scanning but she managed to get it. Next she tries to scan the other one and can’t. The item that I purchased at Rigby Ace broke on the first use and all I did was turn it on. Immediately returned to the store. No refund, even with receipt and packaging. Not standing behind a product that you choose to sell, poor business practice. Low caliber employee(s), maybe it was one bad day for that cashier.
