Their roll-back driver called to clarify our location and showed up in good time. Very personable fellow took care loading our car and even explained the process a little as he went.
This business does not even deserve a star. Wish there was a minus star to rate them. My car had been towed into their place. The next day, I asked for an estimate on repair. They did not call me back. Finally, I called them back. They wanted almost $500 to fix it. They believed they were dealing with a vulnerable 65 year old widow, but they underestimated me.
