Website and Google maps both say open 10.30am to 5pm weekends, as does the sign on the door, which we read after travelling an hour from Patterson Lakes and arriving 11am Saturday. That’s very poor communication. Open when you want but let customers know.
Frustratingly closed on a Saturday when google and their website say they’re open. Called and the automated message says they’re closed weekends. Very frustrating when we’ve travelled across Melbourne to get products for a shoot. Do better. They have a great product range for out of kit SFX products, with one of the only in person stores with these products in Melbourne, which is why I go there.
