When they came to fertilize my lawn, the gentleman accidentally broke a glass window. Within less than an hour Lori at Scotty’s had a board up service here. A new window was ordered along with the screen and installed today. Lori was extremely apologetic and took care of coordinating everything. Most companies would not go to the extreme that Scotty’s did to resolve the window issue. I am very grateful to them for handling this in a professional and understanding manner.
