Food here is great and deserves at least a star. The staff is incredibly rude. While in the restaurant, employees had a customer who had an issue regarding a tip. The worker who seemed to be the manager on duty was extremely rude. They gave the guy back the money that was disputed over the tip and then continued to bad mouth the customer in front of other customers after he had walked out. When the customer came back in to get his food, the staff verbally berated him. It was an embarrassment.

You should fix your hours... You guys say you are open until 10 but you have the doors locked at 8 🤔

Closed before 8:20 even though it says open until 9. We were 1 of 4 family’s that showed up in a 10 min window to eat but couldn’t get in because the staff locked the door and avoided eye contact with customers as they cleaned.

Seriously, what's up with them closing 2 hours before they're listed closing time? It's 7:50 and they're supposed to be open till 9:00. I see people inside just watching me to open the doors. Pretty tacky

The food is just meh, but better than most fast food. Fries a little soggy but salted well, they have good ranch and fry sauce. Someone else mentioned their shake had a mint like taste, we got a strawberry shake and noticed the same off, extreme artificial /minty taste. Hard to put my finger on it, but we only ate a few bites and threw it away.
