Scotty came to my house to discuss different types of window blinds and to measure all of the windows in my house. He came back weeks later to confirm the measurements and to help us to select the right blinds and color. Scotty went above and beyond by creating a custom solution for a large window. We needed to replace some old blinds on our skylights recently. The blinds are specialized for skylights. They are 1/2" metal mini blinds that are attached at the head and bottom rails. They are under tension so they won't sag. We shopped around and had trouble finding replacements because there aren't many companies that make them anymore.
