Trustworthy The only repair shop in Rochester that I feel comfortable bringing my car. These guys are very trustworthy, they don't do things that don't need to be done, and they're very prompt and friendly. The guys at Scotty's do the work that needs to be done and get me my car back. Scotty's Auto I've been going to Scotty's Auto for over 15 years. They're right down the street from me so it's really convenient for me to take my car there. They've been really good to my family over the years. I've gone in there with an issue without an appointment and they weren't busy so they took care of me right away. Always going above and beyond The guys at Scotty's service station have done so much to help me with auto repair work. They have done numerous work over the years on my car (most recently front wheel work), and it's always a high quality job. They really go out of their way to help me too. When my car wouldn't start, they actually had someone come out and jump it for me (I don't live far away). I don't know if I could get the same service anywhere else in Rochester. - Pete
