First time using Scottys Auto, and the last, over charges for parts by an astronomical amount, I can understand a shop marking up parts a little, say 10 or 15%,but this place practically triples the price and they put the dam wrong spark plugs in my car, this was done by their "master mechanic" hate to see what a new guy would do to a car. Took my repair bill to the local Ford/Lincoln dealer and the entire job would have cost me $200 LESS at the dealership, and I wouldn't have to go and buy and replace the spark plugs with ... read more
I have had my wife's car there now three times and both her and I have been treated well. I highly recommend them to anyone.
