The Customer Service and workmanship were both excellent! They gave me a thorough analysis of what my car needed and quoted fair prices. This is a very reputable business and they are known by the community to be very honest. The communication during the process was also top-notch!
Avoided this shop due to highly inflated part pricing, hidden cost increases, and a complete lack of transparency(bait and switch). I was originally quoted a price for an EVAP purge valve replacement, but they later claimed they "got the wrong part" and tried to force a $60 price increase on me. When I asked for an itemized breakdown of this new price, they admitted they purchased a Wells valve wholesale for $121.08 and applied a massive 45% markup, bringing the part alone to $175.57. Another great visit. Took my car in for general maintenance. Sam was pleasant and professional. Ended up needed just an oil change, was done within a few hours and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
Very thorough inspection showed the issues; I brought the Buick Lucerne in with a bad coolant leak. A plastic elbow was bad, it was replaced, they also noticed that the upper radiator hose was failing. Everything was completed, and they did an additional test on the coolant system for gases which might indicate head gasket issues from overheating. No bad gases detected, everything good. I had initially came here because my car was misfiring they found out that my ignition coil was broken however never discovered the cause of it breaking. Due to the lack of attention to detail they failed to disclose that the hole where the spark plug was at was filled with coolant which is a sign that my intake manifold is failing. Due to this not being discovered a month later it broke completely on the freeway possibly destroying my engine from overheating. I don't recommend coming here due to that.
