1 Star Went in Friday around 2:45 p.m. before the Thanksgiving weekend to get an estimate. Website said they were open until 5 p.m. Two employees outside saw me pull in, went inside, and shut the bay door. The front door was locked, and when I tried to ask for assistance, they ignored me. There was no sign on the door stating they were closed. Stopped by to get an estimate on what could be done to fix a loose panel on my old car. I didn't want to replace anything if I didn't have to. They were able to put a couple of screws in under the panel to keep the panel in place (while I waited). Exactly the kind of repair I was looking for ! And at no cost. Thanks Scottys !

I highly recommend Scotty’s Auto Body ( woman owned - girl power ❤️💃🏻). I was seeking an estimate to repair multiple minor scratches near my front left wheel. Peter artfully buffed out the scratches and I was not charged for this service. I sincerely thank Scotty’s.

I called up and asked if I needed to have an appointment and was told I could just come by. I was so impressed by the speedy and helpful assessment. They reassured me that the problem was mostly cosmetic and when it came to the computer messaging, it was more of an annoyance than a problem. They told me where I could go to have it addressed. They spent at least half an hour, and when the time came for me to pay, they absolutely refused despite me trying to twist their arm because I really appreciated the help.

Professional and prompt service. I called early in the morning and left a voicemail and got a call back less than 30 minutes later. I was told I could bring my car in right away so they could take a look and offer a quote. I brought my car in and Peter immediately started to work on my fender. He not only fixed the issue but made it sturdier than it was before. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes and I was only charged for the time he worked on the fender.
