Very friendly customer service
I have finally had enough of the price increases with State Farm. This one is over the top for July 2023. I have no complaints with Trish who I love and Thank her for all her help but this increase is crazy!! Looked online and googled State Farm price increase and found I’m not alone. Of course they have their spill ready on there website why the increase is so much. Our rate increased $30.64 a month $368 a month for a 2021 and a 2006 on multi car discount. I just called in due to me being transferred from the 1800 number and got transferred to a Brenda I believe. Very RUDE AND NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. How can you run a business hiring people with nasty attitudes. Would not recommend to a dog.
Been with this company for years!!! I have never been talked to rude before!!! All I asked about the increase!!! I’m really shock at the ethics!!!
