Very disappointed not reliable, never returned phone calls never even tried to fix the problem in my pool I feel they took advantage of two elderly people they Lost a good customer
JP and company did an excellent job. Had them open the pool, they added chemicals and cleaned it. Great job. Pool hasn't look this good in years. Thanks guys. Highly recommend.
They put in piping last year and was suppose to fix my filter. They did a terrible job moving the pump away from the filter. He never fixed the filter. Then he said there is algae in my pool and he can clean it. I thought that is what they do. Didn’t show when Not reliable
April 2021, NJ- I have been contemplating on giving Scott a review as I hate to give bad reviews but, his service fell short of our expectations. This is a Mom/Pop business - very small company - no accountability. His wife takes his business calls while he's working. We were impressed by Scott initially but ended up very disappointed with his service. Don't be fooled by the sales pitch. Scott installed a pool heater which is not cheap by any means. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional he did a great job. I would highly recommend him.
