Looked online for a product and found what I was looking for, went in store and purchased the item. Paid without thinking about it and when I got home and looked at the receipt the product was almost double the price advertised online. ($29.95p/m online, $54.95p/m in store) Called to store to enquire and was told that the in store price is correct. I wouldn’t have purchased the item had I realised in store that the price was such a difference. Either website needs to updated or grant the advertised price online. Overall was ... read more

Poor unhelpful service. Apparently lacking product knowledge. Will go to Clark's. Further info. Likely staff "don't remember" me due to the nature of the situation and also because he was not paying me any attention at all. The person on duty was a large fellow with a moustache. He seemed annoyed after serving an elderly gent before me. After the gent left I waited, looking around the shop randomly for ages but he did not greet me or approach to offer assistance. Visited the shop 4 the first time ,the gentleman that served me was amazing. I explained what I wanted 2 do and he was extremely helpful. Need some foam 4 kitchen chairs and suggested using a mattress instead. I went home 2 c if I could get what I need out of it and I can will be back 2 grab it 2morrow. It was a pleasure 2 have someone think outside the box and not be pushee 2 get a sale. He made me feel welcome and it will be a pleasure to go back there. Amazing job wish more places were like u.👍👏👏🥇
