My pup broke his leg and Southwest was able to get him in ASAP for a procedure. They follow up thoroughly and provided excellent customer service.
We are so grateful for Dr. Dixon and his entire staff. Our little yorkie broke his leg and SWV was able to see him quickly and do surgery the next day. The entire staff provided the best care and each follow up visit they loved on our fur-baby. It is noticed how much they care for all fur-babies. We are 12 weeks post op and our little guy is doing so well and he is back to his normal self playing with his sister, minus the jumping. We will be forever thankful.
Our Lenny girl recently had surgery with Dr Dixon for a luxating patella. I was so nervous and the whole team kept me at ease and were so loving to Lenny. She has made a full recovery and her knee works better than ever. We are so grateful for the entire team at Southwest Veterinary!
Our small dog tore her cruciate ligament in her knee. We had a consult with our normal vet office, who we are very happy with, & they said they'd bring in a mobile vet & estimated about 8k. We then decided to get a 2nd opinion at a surgery only practice, so went to SW Vet Surgical. The explanation of how they would do the TPLO surgery (& an alternate method if needed) was very good, with a visual aid that showed how the knee works. I brought my 6yo french bulldog in for luxating patella surgery back in February. She has a history of back problems/surgery, so I am hesitant about putting her through too much. The price was as reasonable as surgery (without insurance) could possibly be. Dr. Dixon and the entire team treated her like their own from the first consultation down to the follow up post-op. I felt so comfortable leaving her in their care. The surgery went amazing and she is a brand new dog!
