Go here for emergencies/surgery. If you need an normal vet for prescriptions or checkups find an actual vet that cares - locally to you. Dealing with them is the worst for normal care. They’ve been great with dental and emergencies though.
I had a great experience at the Scottsdale vet clinic. Everyone I encountered was super kind and very helpful. The vet Jessica was extremely thorough and was happy to answer any questions or concerns I had. I was originally a walk in, and the wait was a tad long, but people need to understand it’s both a vet clinic and an emergency hospital. I have a Golden Retriever (Willow) and a yellow lab (Josie). The ladies and gentlemen of Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic are hero’s to my two pups. I actually live in north Scottsdale and the drive is approximately 15 miles. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The staff make us feel like they are family. Neighborhood Veterinary Clinic referred us here with our cat, Mittens. She needed to have surgery on her tail, and they were able to take care of her that very evening. I don't remember everyone's name, but everyone was so kind and compassionate. Cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care for our girl. 💕
