Boy, all I can say is I'm so glad I googled roadside assistance and came upon Scottsdale Roadside Service. I decided to give them a try after reading all their five star reviews. Stephen helped us out big time with quick assistance on swapping out a battery after we arrived home from a wknd out of town. I called O’Reilly to see if they had the particular battery for my car. They had it in stock but told me that they were not able to swap out the old battery due to the programming that is required for my vehicle. The mgr at O’Reilly did not hesitate to offer an alternative for me...
