customer service not too good
I attempted to become a patient but arrived 1 min before my appointment instead of the 30 min prior they require. So they said sorry we have to reschedule. They went on to tell me that patient, aka the customer, lateness is not tolerated but if the Doctor runs late that is perfectly acceptable because of the nature of their work. The office staff has to be the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Who knows if the Doctor is good but given he most probably hired the staff up front you have to wonder.
