If I could give zero stars, I would. My family's experience with Scottsdale Premier Collision has been one of the most frustrating and financially damaging experiences we have ever dealt with. After my 2023 Ram 1500 was involved in an accident, Scottsdale Premier Collision took possession of the vehicle. What we later learned was that their $250-per-day storage fee was not disclosed until after they already had possession of our truck. I cannot recommend Scottsdale Premiere Collision enough. Sean and Chris went above and beyond for my car. From insurance delays to a challenging car to repair they continued to work for me, getting the car ready sooner than anticipated. The car looks like new and they made the process very easy for me. Not only did they do great on the car and in a shorter time but they are very friendly and communicative through the whole process. TY to the team!
Chris and his crew did an amazing job completing the body work on my dad’s Jeep. I’m very sentimentally attached to the Jeep and didn’t want to trust it with just anyone. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work and were available for any questions I had. The photos speak for themselves!
I highly recommend. I was also recommended by a friend. Being skeptic about auto shops from past experiences, Scottsdale Premier Collision definitely changed my perspectives. Chris and his team were very helpful, professional, and courteous. I must say this was the only good part out of the stressful accident experience.
