I was on my way to my appointment and gave them a heads up of my arrival, I was not late (running behind but was getting there on time for my appointment). Stephanie mentioned on our call the previous day that they were going to send the new client intake form and they never did! Long story short, they wanted to reschedule my appointment over this and I needed to see a provider asap over a pregnancy concern.
Dr. Malaki was recommended to me by a coworker. He is an amazing OBGYN. I’ve been a patient of his for several years. It’s always a pleasant experience at his office. Dr. Malachi at Scottsdale Personal OB/GYN is honestly amazing. He’s always very understanding and never pushy, which made me feel really comfortable throughout my pregnancy. The staff are calm, friendly, and genuinely kind, they always made each visit easy and stress free. They also got back to me quickly whenever I had questions, which took a lot of pressure off. I’m really happy with the care I received.
Extremely Disappointed in Billing Practices and Lack of Communication I had surgery at this office in 2019 for endometriosis and called in July 2024 simply to ask what was found during the procedure, as I didn’t remember the specifics. I was told only the doctor could share that information and that I would need a video appointment just to review my own medical records.
