I was also sent to collections two years after the service. I know for a fact that I had fully met my deductible and everything else was covered 100% covered after June 2023. The service they are billing me for was in October. The real kicker is I do not know who they are I assume my surgeon sent them tissue from my surgery in October but I had no dealings with them whatsoever. Two years later they do not bill me they just send to collections. Their phone number is not answered are the a scam? My advice check with your docto... read more

So unprofessional. They sent me to collections for an outstanding bill for my late husband. Both of our insurances paid on this.

You can't talk to anyone when you call capstone pathology. They don't return calls. They sent me to collections over a bill that my insurance has paid. Absolutely awful place

I would give fewer stars if possible. Their customer service is non-existent at best and their website does not work. You would think if they’re sending me a bill that they actually want my money.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for my refund for an overpayment. Terrible phone and communication skills.
