I wish I could give them an even lower score. They have 150 non-refundable deposit which is extremely high. We paid it because we need a place that was closer to my husband work. We got approval to move in. This is where to problem began. We had housing help for moving in cost. I called almost every day but they said they never received it. Truly scam artist how they change residence locks in mail boxes then send a notice stating they are changing management and payments to be sent somewhere else. And I don’t find out till after I made a payment? Says they were sending out mail and hand delivered these but that’s a lie they never answered the phones they never fixed things unprofessional unfit landlords
I heard time out communities went bankrupt.i really hope it's true..very bad people.
