While Tomazic/Gazda might be a capable physician, there is a huge breakdown in communications going on at this office. She has staff that repeatedly have to save the day, but that should be the exception not the rule. Just one example is the PT within their own network that never received my MRI report before my appointment (which I waited 2 weeks for).
