I had a 5 star review on here from 8 years ago. We used to be very happy here. Recently, we thought we were overcharged by hundreds of dollars. Amber was going to review and get back to us. They’ve since closed their doors and their phone line is out of service. I’m leaving this 1 star review in the hopes that someone from KidzSPOT will get back to me. We are disappointed that our almost 10 year relationship with KidzSPOT ended this way.

Unfortunately, our experience with KidzSPOT has been disappointing. We have a 3 and 5 year old who attend school and like many other young children, they get sick often. We had to cancel three appointments over a period of time due to illness, something we communicated each time. After the third cancelation, we were told by the front desk that it was fine, but shortly after we received a text stating we were removed from the schedule entirely. The most disappointing experience. They need to tell parents the reality of the waitlist (about a year, with no end in sight) before they take your money for the evaluation. Big waste of time and money, and if they were to inform parents up front about these extraordinary waits, they should probably stop doing evaluations which are very expensive to begin with.
