Dr Athalye has been my doctor for over 15 yrs I canceled an appointment recently because I care for my aging sister and had no time for myself. I had an appointment yesterday and was turned flat away. I’m not breathing very well because of acute asthma. I’m 76 so I need care. I had recently changed my plan not realizing it wasn’t accepted. The lady either the yellow fingernails turned me away. I was breathing so hard I could have collapsed in the street Is this legal?
