I has a problem that needed immediate attention and Dr. Sandhu saw me outside of normal business hours and then took time to treat my problem as if it was just a normal appointment. Exceptional personal service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Okay, look no further this IS the eye office for you! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. My experience was not acceptable. This was a dry eye procedure, an amnio procedure, from hell: sensitivity to light, constant migraines, constant cornea abrasion pain, runny eye, runny nose. Vision still fuzzy two days after lens removed. I've had bad lens procedures but once lens removed vision was normal, never anything like this bad, horrible experience, affecting my health and vision.
